Ancient Whispers:
Sloan Canyon Petroglyph

Sloan Canyon was set-aside as a National Conservation Area to protect the region’s 1700 petroglyph panels. Enigmatic and esoteric, their meaning remains hidden to me but the beauty of form and grace of line speaks clearly to me across the centuries.

Poster produced for the Nevada State Museum show The Art of Nature: Images from the Wildlands of Southern Nevada.
